As the Central Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for budgeting, ordering, invoicing and maintaining a large inventory of supplies for the entire facility. 
You will work directly with other department heads and staff throughout the facility to ensure that supplies are available and meet all company standards.
Qualified candidates will have prior experience with healthcare supply inventory for a large long-term care facility or healthcare facility.  You must be extremely detail oriented, cost conscience, professional in dealing with vendors and staff and very organized.
As the Medical Records Assistant, you will assist in maintaining the entire medical records department in accordance with Federal and State guidelines; in addition to our established policies and procedures.
You will work with the Medical Records Coordinator to assemble, collect, check and file all resident charts for the facility.  On-going audits of the medical records department will be completed to ensure all charts are correct, organized and available to the staff.
Qualified candidates will be extremely organized and have the ability to work autonomously, but as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team.  Experience working in a fast-paced medical records department is required; preferably in long-term care.
