Sentara Heart Hospital Advanced Imaging Center is seeking a Multi-Modality CT/MRI Tech, Full time. CT and MRI experience preferred, but will accept CT Tech with 3 years of experiencewho is willing to cross train into MRI. Will provide Cardiac training. Current Center hours are 7:30-4 Monday thru Friday. Once successfully trained, hours will expand to include evenings and possibly weekends. Successful applicant will be flexible to meet the operational needs of the center.
Performs CT and CT Guided Interventional procedures; provides patient and family education; operates equipment safely; completes department documentation; maintains all equipment to be clean and operational; maintains adequate supply inventory for performing examinations; participates in departmental performance improvement activities.
Requires successful completion of a program of formal education accredited by t be registered with ARRT and IV certified with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in CT Scan. RIS and PACS experience preferred. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment. City Norfolk, VA
