Summary:
Nursefinders? Branch Director/Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight of all operations of the Medicare Division as well as its daily operations of including recruitment and management of staff. This position is responsible for P&L management and community relations and ongoing sales activity. Other duties include:
? Direct all clinical services and clinical personnel; make sales calls to current and prospective clients and referral sources.
? Implement and supervise care plans, appropriate levels of service, and clinical documentation.
? Supervise services provided through on-site client visits and personnel evaluations.
? Provide clinical orientation and staff development for all direct care personnel.
? Educate licensed and non-licensed personnel about clinical procedures and documentation.
? Interpret Nursefinders? policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and nurse practice acts for direct care personnel.
? Promote public awareness through participation in sales activities, service related activities, and community education.
? Maintain office clinical records and evaluate licensed and non-licensed employees.
? Counsel employees on professional ethical issues and direct office compliance with Nursefinders? clinical policies and procedures and with federal, state and local regulations.



Requirements:

Education and License:
? BS in nursing or other health-related field preferred.
? RN, currently licensed (in good standing) in HI.
Experience:
? Minimum three (3) years experience as an RN including one year in direct supervision or nursing service administration in home care.
? Business/sales experience preferred.
? Recent Medicare Home Health Experience Required, a minimum of 1-year required.
? Advanced knowledge and understanding of Home Health Medicare guidelines.
? Preferred knowledge of Joint Commission Accreditation as related to Home Health
