Description: The incumbent is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of monthly client billing in accordance with Contract specifications. Collaborate directly with Project Managers and Finance Managers, and other PAREXEL individuals to resolve billing issues in the America¿s and Europe.
-Processing approved invoices in the Oracle R12 system. Check for accuracy and ensure that invoice meets clients and contracts specifications -Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate, complete, and timely client billings. -Interact with clients and PAREXEL Project Managers to review and reconcile billing issues. Create and maintain client contact records; -Report, investigate and resolve any billing irregularities, aged billing discrepancies and payment issues with the Collections Representative, Finance and Project Managers; -Manage monthly client invoicing to be completed within established financial deadlines.. -Provide general assistance to Billing Supervisor as necessary. Experience: Associates degree in Accounting, or finance or equivalent experience Prior collection/customer service experience, Excel experience, strong attention to detail, well organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills
