Continue or expand your career and be part of a new opportunity in Behavioral Health as an Intake Specialist! Brandon Regional Hospital will soon commence construction of our Behavior Health Unit. The unit will consist of 25 beds on 2-West and will include a modification of a portion of The Emergency Center to support this service line and our patients' needs. We anticipate to officially offer this service line to the community by December 2011. As a result we are actively recruiting staff to join us, targeting start dates in October 2011.

Qualifications:
Required Job Qualifications include:
Current licensure as an RN, LCSW, or LMHC.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required, training provided if needed.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Previous experience in behavioral health preferred.
Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
