Assistant Director of Nursing / ADON
This position is required to provide nursing management, provide resident care standards for all direct care providers and help the Director of Nursing provide supervision and management for the nursing department.
Responsibilities
Assess residents needs
Management all nursing staff with a "Committee to You" philosophy
Interview, select and hire superb nursing staff
Provide high quality care to residents by developing, training and mentoring current team members
Implement policies and procedures for nursing care of residents
Assess, direct and supervise residents care needs
Cooperate with administration to assure efficient, cost effective operation of facility.
Requirements:
Must have valid RN or LVN license in the State of Texas Willing to work all shifts to ensure staff is trained, confident, and successful!
Time Management Skills are a must! - Being efficient and organized should be at the top of your strengths list Our facility is fast paced to ensure our residents receive excellent care
