ASC RN - SPT - .70 FTE - 56/PP - 1ST SHIFT - FROEDTERT SURGERY CENTER - MILWAUKEE, WI -
Job Summary: Provides direct and indirect nursing care by utilizing the nursing process, determining the objectives of nursing care within the framework of the physician’s plan of medical care, the patient’s needs, standards of nursing practice, legal regulations and ambulatory surgery center policies and procedures. He/she will perform other related duties as needed to maintain department cost containment, efficiency, as well as quality of performance.
Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one to two years in Med/Surg, ambulatory surgery, PACU, or OR nursing is preferred.
Certification: Must possess current nursing license in the state of Wisconsin, free of sanctions and disciplinary actions. BLS required. ACLS within one year of employment.
