* Apply Now! * Back to Results Soliant Health is currently looking for an Allscripts Clinical Systems Analyst, to be responsible for the support and implementation of the Allscripts Ambulatory Electronic Health Record application.
Job Responsibilities: -Provide Allscripts EHR system application support by responding to service tickets and interacting with the IT Help Desk to resolve customer issues. -Work on-site to assist with the implement and support of the Allscripts Electronic Health Record. -Responsible for new user creation and maintenance. -Responsible for training and support of new users -Assist Customers through all aspects of system development life cycle including design, build, testing, training, deployment and post live support activities. -Work with Customer personnel to define functional and technical system requirements as appropriate. -Facilitate design sessions and/or issue resolutions sessions as necessary to accomplish the project objectives. -Perform hands-on application build and system maintenance activities as necessary. -Create testing scripts and facilitates application testing as required. -Develop training materials and/or system documentation as directed. -Provide post live support and knowledge transfer to the Customer's long-term operational support personnel. -Create clinical and statistical reports as needed to support the Allscripts program.
