The Acute Clinical Coordinator provides professional nursing care and coordination of services provided in various licensed acute hospitals and sub-acute facilities that have contracted with DaVita to provide dialysis and other services to patients of and under the license of the acute facility. Responsibilities include acting as team leader, supervising and administering direct patient care, communicating with the Acute Program Office to coordinate and organize assignments as well as patient treatment plans. This position also ensures documentation of all delivered care is complete and reviews essential quality assurance markers of care delivered with Facility Administrator for reporting.

We seek an RN-currently licensed in the state of employment-with at least one year of patient care experience, one year of dialysis experience in outpatient unit, current CPR certification, and current EKG interpretation certification. ICU, CCU, ER or Med Surg experience preferred. CNN/CDN desirable. You also must be able to work overtime with little or no notice and have the ability to work on-call and/or rotating schedules when required. One year of clinical nursing experience and six months dialysis experience required. Clinical supervisory experience preferred.
