Celebrate Caringat Casa de Oro Care and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliated center of SunBridge Healthcare and a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare. We currently have an opportunity for a Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator at our 150-bed center, located in Las Cruces, NM. Strong computer skills required. Bilingual, Spanish and English, desired.
Primary responsibilities include day-to-day employee relations regarding employee benefits, processing bi-weekly center payroll and accounts payables. Maintain integrity of company policy, procedures, and compensation practices by ensuring compliance. Report areas of non-compliance or requests of such to Administrator and Regional Human Resources Director.
Job Requirements :
* Successful candidate must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
* Should have strong computer knowledge and keyboarding experience.
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
* Associates degree or technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.
* Must have two or more years experience in an accounting and/or bookkeeping and familiarity with healthcare is a plus.
