Primarily responsible for reviewing and expanding work with existing clients, implementation of new clients, and the quality review and training of current and newly hired associates.
Work with revenue cycle and patient account leaders at clients to implement best practices and improve revenue cycle performance.
Evaluate current business offerings and identify improvements, enhancements and new service line opportunities
Implement work and develop staff at new engagements.
Assist in identification of new business product/service offerings.
Working knowledge of all client departmental operations, including managed care contractual terms and requirements, business office operations, accounts receivable and financial reporting technology, basic accounting and industry standards for healthcare revenue resolution management practices.
Ensure areas of responsibility achieve quarterly cash and financial goals.
Comply with federal and state laws, company policies and procedures
