Bridgewell is a private, non-profit organization that has been providing support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities for over 55 years. Bridgewell provides quality services to more than 4,000 individuals each day in 19 communities throughout the North Shore and Merrimack Valley area.
In two outpatient clinics located in Lowell and Chelmsford, Bridgewell provides comprehensive behavioral health treatment and continuity of care to individuals with psychiatric and developmental disabilities in a setting that respects individual strengths and differences. Our Chelmsford clinic also provides services to children and families.
We have exciting opportunities for clinical nurse specialists or psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners in these clinics. You will provide diagnostic medical assessments and ongoing medication management services to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities.
We offer flex time, highly competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees. Benefit eligibility for part-time staff is dependent on regularly scheduled hours per week.

Requirements:
The qualified candidate will be currently registered by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, hold a Master’s degree in nursing, and have two years of full-time supervised clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting, with a specialty in or experience working with individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities. Experience working with both children and adults a plus. Must be certified by the ANCC American Nurses Credentialing Center. Must have a Federal DEA number (Drug Enforcement Administration) and a Massachusetts controlled substance prescriber registration number for prescribing privileges.
