Regional Sales Administrator performs account structure and maintenance activities in support of the sales organization in JDE, MDM & SAP systems. Includes set up of all aspects of sales organization hierarchy and involves troubleshooting and resolving all issues relative to account setup in various systems. Ensures data accuracy, validity, and completeness in all levels of the work. Responsibilities include maintaining a roster of the sales organization in MS Access and many distribution lists both of which are used extensively throughout the organization. Must accurately track and communicate all personnel changes within the sales organization to many functional areas. Qualifications
An Associate Degree in Business or minimum of 3 years business experience in a selling organization is required. Experience with JDE & SAP is a plus. Must know MS Access and have a good understanding of Excel. Good communication skills and the ability to problem solve are essential in this role. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
