Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The EAP Counselor responds to EAP client calls on NEAS' 24-hour access line, provides telephone assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, resource finding, referral services, behavioral care treatment authorization services and performs data entry. This position will work 40 hours/week, on the second shift, specifically from 1:30P to 10P, Monday through Friday. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should possess experience in crisis intervention, telephone counseling or related human services background and a commitment to providing quality services. Master's degree in Human Services required. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. NEAS offers a comfortable working environment, fringe benefits and a bonus plan.
