Carolinas HealthCare System is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft .Net Developer to help lead the development and implementation of strategic business solutions, and connectivity of the internet and intranet facing portals. The successful candidate will be MSFT certified in .NET and have strong analytical and technical skills to drive innovative solutions in the building, enhancing, and integration of multiple portal products. * 5+ years experience developing high-volume, secure, internet and intranet applications using the .Net Framework 4.0 * Solid experience in leveraging the Windows Communication Foundation architecture. * Demonstrated success in SharePoint 2010 custom development including web parts and workflows * Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML/DHTML, XML/XSLT/SOAP/WSDL, and VBScript. * Working knowledge of HTML5 * Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server (2008), Reporting Services and SSIS * Experience working within a SDLC, structured software engineering methodology and object oriented frameworks * Proven experience in application integration techniques including leveraging single-sign on. * Well versed around session and state management, instrumentation, caching design, security and identity, smart client and mobile to web topologies, performance and scalability considerations Carolinas HealthCare System recruits, hires and promotes qualified candidates for employment opportunities without regard to race, religion, gender, age, national origin, veteran status, disability or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms its policy and practice to support and promote the concepts of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action in accordance with all federal, state and municipal laws.
