Position Description
This position has the responsibility and authority to provide customer value by meeting the requirements of the training standard operating procedure, creating or procuring training content, conducting training effectiveness measures, supporting instructor certification, conducting or coordinating Quality-related training, ensuring training compliance, tracking and reporting key metrics, utilizing technology in providing learning solutions, and consulting with subject-matter-expertise to deliver learning solutions.
Position Responsibilities
Determine customer need and provide learning solutions to meet them. Understand and follow training standard operating procedures. Develops learning content and conducts training and effectiveness measures through standard instructional design methodology and technology. Procures or coordinates learning solutions for customers Conducts customer satisfaction measures for continuous improvement Utilizes the Learning Management System for instruction, record retention, and reporting. Supports audits and activities to improve training compliance. Tracks and reports key training metrics.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of two years of related training experience
