General Summary:

Delivers supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals to customers. Assists with warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, stocking and physical inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

kages patients' orders and delivery slips. Delivers pharmaceuticals, supplies and equipment to customers.
cks/maintains warehouse and assists with physical inventory.
ans/maintains/tests electronic infusion devices and other home medical equipment. Informs supervisor of defective equipment and/or devices.
lizes precautions for handling hazardous materials in the event of chemo spills and adheres to Company procedures. Disposes of hazardous/infectious waste as required.
ticipates in branch, department and intra-department meetings and quality assurance activities. Adheres to JACAHO standards relevant to materials management including home medical equipment.

Other Job Functions
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.


Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or the equivalent and one year delivery/warehouse experience. Valid driver''s license. Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) record check.
