Support business initiatives of the Fremont manufacturing plant and the North American Implant Operations group. Primary responsibility for the site's general accounting activities and monthly financial close.
.Primary responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close. .Analyze departmental expenses and other financials. .Prepare monthly projections. .Assist in the annual budgeting and standard cost setting process. .Provide analytical explanation of actual to budget variances. .Primary responsibility for general accounting-weekly/monthly journal entries, intercompany billing, fixed asset accounting, etc. .Translate strategic plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets .Direct management''s attention to and recommend appropriate corrective actions. .Provide timely explanation of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets. .Assist Finance Manager in special projects.
Requirements:
.Bachelor of Science in Accounting and/or Finance.
