Title: Client Manager Location: United States-California-South San Francisco Job Number:_000010H5 Plan and carry out patient-and provider-centered market research studies for clients in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology therapies. Present findings and key insights to clients for incorporation into client's market strategies. Serve as primary point of contact and resolve client issues. Identify new market research opportunities with new and existing clients, and participate in the development of customized strategies and tactical solutions incorporating client product portfolio needs, market objectives, brand vision and goals. Support the sale of market research products and services to prospective clients. Up to 20% travel required.
Master's degree in a biological or chemical science, or a Master's degree in Marketing or Business, with a scientific undergraduate degree; plus three (3) years progressively responsible experience in healthcare marketing consulting for the pharmaceutical sector, including market research; must have knowledge of the oncology therapeutic area gained through experience or graduate level education or research. In lieu of a Master's degree, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus two (2) additional years of pharmaceutical market research experience.
