Auto req ID11004BR Position TitleSr. Staff Engineer (Lead) - Hosted Application Production Job Description Looking for dynamic lead to manage production and support for cloud hosted application: We are looking for a dynamic person to maintain, administer and troubleshoot our hosted Production environments though timely alert and request response, acknowledgement, triage and escalation processes. Functionally, the duties of a Hosted application lead include system administration, staging and deployment of engineering releases to production environments in a 24X7 Internet and Hosted Applications services Network Operations Center within Linux/MySQL/NoSQL operating environments. Requirements ·Monitor production systems, resolve issues proactively, escalating to senior engineers, if needed. ·Support production environments including Linux, Tomcat, Java, MySQL, Linux and mongo db ·Work with external vendors to understand deployment process and bring this responsibility in house ·Install, administer, and update Linux servers.; Work with engineering teams to qualify, stage and deploy releases to production. ·Tactical management of and contribution to team projects, including prioritization and multi-task assignments. ·Ensure operating standards are developed, maintained, and adhere to. oContinuous learning of system administration topic
