Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a HEALTHCARE Systems Analysis Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN.

Job Responsibilities:
The HEALTHCARE Systems Analysis Analyst must be a skilled analyst with proven experience in the healthcare profession. They must have demonstrated business analyst skills with the ability to review and coordinate a random review process of documents.

Additional responsibilities:
  • Oversees the daily operations of the éCapture processes
  • Ensures the lockboxes are received in accordance with the pre-defined service level agreements
  • Ensures the entries are worked in 24 hours
  • Monitors productivity reports for the KFI operators
  • Provides reports to upper management on a daily basis as the status of completion of the lockboxes; reports all reasons for any uncompleted work
  • Build Payer specific templates for the Payers remittance advice so the payments will process with little human intervention
  • Enters tickets for Product Development when encountering system issues
  • Plan and schedule work for the group ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties
  • Conducts necessary research and or due diligence when needed: vendor specific, state specific or payer specific
  • Handles special projects within scope as needed
  • Conducts project management of smaller projects as needed
  • Conducts second level support for the system modules assigned
  • Reviews all releases of system modules
  • Identifies trends and recommends improvements accordingly
  • Practices Business Owner concept
  • May perform other duties as assigned
  • Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”

    Required Skills:
  • 2 Years previous experience in hospital or physician's office
  • Strong background in customer service with an emphasis on healthcare
  • Has a strong understanding of the flow processes of a payor type system
  • Have excellent analytical skills
  • Has a good appreciation for modern information technologies including: relational databases, internet technology, workflow and process redesign
  • Has a strong customer focus and is results driven
  • Shows strong initiative, innovation and motivation
  • Have strong interpersonal and communications skills

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • High school diploma
